ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerzők ismertetik a számítógépes electronystagmograph jellemzőit, a vizsgálati metodika előnyeit, hátrányait és vizsgálati protokolljukat. Előnye, hogy a nystagmus kvalitatív és kvantitatív paraméterei objektív módon meghatározhatók, tárolhatók. A nystagmus paraméterek pontos rögzítése részletes tudományos vagy statisztik ai feldolgozáshoz nem nélkülözhető. A vizsgálatok hátránya, hogy idő- és költségigényesek. Mindezek miatt szükség van a betegek célszerű kiválasztására. A szerzők 160 beteg vizsgálatával szerzett tapasztalataik szerint a berendezés megfelelő beteganyagon jól hasznosítható a vestibularis rendszer vizsgálatában.
Our experiences gained with the application of ICS Chartr ENG computer-electronystagmograph
SUMMARY
The authors review the characteristics of computer-electronystagmograph, the advantages of examination method and, its drawbacks and, their examination protocol. Advantage of the method is, that the qualitative and quantitative parameters of nystagmus can be determined objectively and, the datas can be stored. Punctual securing of nystagmus parameters are not indispensable especially for detailed scientific, or statistical elaboration. Drawbacks of examinations are, that they are time-consuming and, expensive. According to the experiences of the authors, gained with 160 patients, the equipment can be utilize well in an appropriate patient-material to examine the vestibular system.
