ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A belsőfület ért károsodások okának megítéléséhez és kezelésükhöz elengedhetetlen lenne, hogy a belsőfület izolálni tudjuk környezetétől és a szisztémás keringés megkerülésével anyagokat tudjunk a cochlea üregrendszerébe juttatni.
Szerzők olyan állatkísérletes modellt dolgoztak ki, amelyben a cochleába implantált ozmotikus pumpa segítségével, közvetlenül juttathatnak anyagokat belsőfülbe. Módszerükkel lehetőség nyílik egyes szerek elektrofiziológiai és morfológiai hatásainak izolált nyomon követésére a cochleán belül. A módszer jelentősége, hogy megnyitja az utat a humán belsőfülbetegségek közvetlen gyógyszeres kezelésének irányába anélkül, hogy a szisztémás keringésen keresztül mellékhatásokat váltanánk ki.

SUMMARY
To the judgement and treatment of causes of damage touching the inner-ear, it would be essential, that the inner-ear would have been isolated from its surroudings and, to come aroung of its systematical circulation, we would be able to manage to get ingredients into the cavity system of the cochlea. The authors have elaborated such an animal-experiment-model, with which they could manage to bring ingredients directly into the inner- ear, by implantation of an osmotic pump into the cochlea. With their method, it is practicable to do an isolated follow up of the electrophysiological and morphological effects of certain ingredients within the cochlea.
The significance of the method is, that it opens the way in direction of direct medicamental treatment of human inner-ear diseases, without to produce side-effects through the systemic circulation.
