ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerző közleményében 10 év alatt operált 581 fej-nyaki daganatos beteg közül azt a betegcsoportot mutatja be, ahol a radikális tumoreltávolítás defektuspótlással is párosult. A többrétegű szövethiányok zárására LDMC és PM musculocutan lebenyeket alkalmaztak. E lebenyeket foltként, részlegesen vagy teljesen körkörösítve használták fel garati, nyelőcsőbemeneti rekonstrukcióra részleges vagy teljes gégeeltávolítással együlésben. Eredményeik és tapasztalataik alapján bizonyítják a musculocutan lebenyek létjogosultságát a fej-nyaki helyreállító sebészetben.

SUMMARY
The author presents, in his article that sick-patient group, where the radical clearing away of the tumour has been combined with compensation of defect in 581 patients, who have been operated because of head and neck tumours during the last 10 years.
They adopted PM and LDMC musculocutane flaps as a procedure to close the defects of tissues containing more layers.
These flaps have been put to use as a patch, partially or all around for reconstruction of pharynx and, entrance of esophagus, after partial or total laryngectomies in a one-stage operation.
On the basis of their results and experiences, they prove the reason for the existence of musculocutane flaps in restoration-surgery of head and neck.
