ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők krónikus rostasejtgyulladás talaján kialakult, felülről az orbitára is ráterjedő, a bal sinus frontalis előtt elhelyezkedő subcutan abscessus képében jelentkező akut pansinusitis szövődményes esetéről számolnak be. Az akut gennyedés szövődményeként a homlok bal oldalán fluctuáló térimé, a bal oldali felső szemhéj duzzanata és a szem nyitási képtelensége alakult ki a homloküreg elülső falának osteomyelitises elváltozása mellett. A szövődményes esetet a szerzők transnasalis és extranasalis kombinált műtéttel oldották meg.
A case of pansinusitis with complication
SUMMARY
The authors give account of a case of acute pansinusitis with complications, setting out from a chronical ethmoiditis and spreading over to the upper part of the orbita and manifested itself as a subcutane abscess in front of the left frontal sinus. As a complication of the acute suppuration, a fluctuant swelling occurred in front of the left side of the forehead and, over and above all this, it was to observe the tumescence of left upper eyelid and impossibility of opening of eye and, the frontal wall of frontal sinus suffered an osteomyelitis. This complicated case has been solved by transnasal and extranasal combined operative method.
