ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők egy inhalálható antibiotikum és gyulladásgátló gyógyszer - Bioparox aerosol (Servier) - hatásosságát vizsgálták felső- és alsólégúti betegségekben szenvedő gyermekekben már 2 éves kortól 18 éves korig, összesen 182 esetben. Vizsgálatukat három betegségcsoportban végezték: 1. Rhinitis, sinusitis 2. Sinobronchitis. 3. Angina, tonsillitis. Vizsgálataik alapján a Bioparox hatékonysága 10 napos kezelésen belül 68%- nak, míg az elhúzódó gyógyulásokkal együtt 80%-nak bizonyult.
Clinical experiences with Bioparox aerosol
SUMMARY
The authors have examined the efficaciousness of an inhalative antibotic and, inflammation impeding medicine, named Bioparox aerosol (Servier) in children, suffering from upper- and lower respiratory tract diseases, already from 2 years of age, till 18 years, altogether in 182 cases.
They performed their examinations in three disease groups: 1. rhinitis, sinusitis; 2. sinobronchitis; 3. angina, tonsillitis. On the basis of their examinations, the efficacy of Bioparox proved to be 68% in a treatment within 10 days, while 80% together with lasting recoveries.
