ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Az utóbbi néhány évben az esztétikai sebészet több területén megjelentek az endoszkópos műtéti technikák. Az orrplasztikai műtétekben mindez ideig kiforratlan az endoszkópok alkalmazásának kérdése. A szerzők 1994. áprilisa óta 40 orrplasztikai műtét során alkalmaztak 4 mm-es, Storz gyártmányú Hopkins-rendszerű merev endoszkópot, és vizsgálták az eszköz adta új lehetőségeket. Elsősorban a csontos és porcos orrhát redukciós műtétéi, a csontos orrvázon végzett osteotomiák, az extramucosus orrhátfeltárás, valamint az orrhátra történő szövetbeültetések során észleltek számottevő előnyt a hagyományos, endoszkópos kontroll nélküli technikákkal szemben. Kezdeti tapasztalataik alapján, a módszer tökéletesítése érdekében, körvonalazzák egy speciális, endoszkópos orrplasztikai műszerkészlet kifejlesztésének szempontjait.
Application of endoscope inrhinoplastical operations.
SUMMARY
Endoscopical operation methods occurred in more fields of esthetical surgery during the last few years. The question of application of endoscopes in rhinoplastical operations is thus far unsettled. The authors applied since 1994 April the 4 mm rigid Hopkins-type storz endoscope in 40 rhinoplastical operations and, examined the new possibilities given by this instrument. They observed considerable advantages in contradiction to traditional techniques without endoscopical control in the course of reductional operations of osseous and cartilagineous nasal dorsum, osteotomies done on the osseous nasal frame, the extramucous opening of nasal dorsum, as well as in implantations of tissues to the dorsum nasi.
On the basis of their initial experiences, they sketch the standpoints for the sake of bringing to perfection of the method, a special, endoscopical rhinoplastical instrument set, should be developed.
