ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerző 2 V2 éves kislány congenitális orrháti fistula esetét ismerteti, mely posttraumás külső orr abscessus klinikai képében manifestálódott. A fejlődési rendellenességre egy traumát követő gyulladás hívta fel a figyelmet. Az addig észre sem vett, panaszt nem okozó elváltozás, a sérülést követő infectio miatt került észlelésre. Az eset az ijesztő gyermekkori kórkép ritkasága, a differenciáldiagnosztika és az acut teendők különleges szempontjai miatt látszik közlésre érdemesnek. Az acut gyulladás gyógyulása után 5 hónap múlva a fistulát műtéttel in toto eltávolították. Szerző felhívja a figyelmet az orrfejlődési rendellenesség korai felismerésének és radikális eltávolításának szükségességére, mielőtt szövődmény vagy orrdeformitás jönne létre..
Posttraumatic inflammation of a congenital fistula of the dorsum nasi.
SUMMARY
The author deals with a case of congenital fistula of the dorsum nasi in a 2 and half year old little girl patient, which manifested itself in the clinical picture of a posttraumatic abscess of the outer nose. The attention to developmental abnormity was drawn by an inflammation followed after a traumatic injury. This alteration, which was till that happening no noticeable, has been accepted only because an inflammation followed after a damage. This frightened case appearing in childhood seems to he suitable for publication, because of its rarity, differentialdiagnosis and the special points of view of acute tasks. 5 months later, after healing of acute inflammation, the fistula was removed away in toto, by an operation. The author draws the attention to early recognizing of congenital nasal abnormities and to the necessitiy of their removing, before a complication, or a nasal deformity would come into being.
