A vestibulospinalis rendszer vizsgálatának célja az otoneurológiai gyakorlatban a szédüléses panaszok objektivizálása olyankor is, amikor a vestibuloocularis funkcióban eltérést nem találunk. Segítséget nyújt perifériás, centrális laesiók, funkcionális okok, oldaliság elkülönítésében. Maradandó vestibularis dysfunctio esetén a kompenzáció lemérésére, követésére alkalmas. A szerző áttekinti a statikus, a dinamikus tesztek és a provokációs eljárások kivitelezésének különböző módozatait.
The place of vestibulospinal reflexes in otoneurological diagnosis.
SUMMARY
The purpose of examination of vestibulospinal system in otoneurological practice is the objectivization of vertiginous complaints, also on such occasions, when we do not find any difference in vestibuloocular function. By means of it, there can be differenciate peripherial and central lesions, functional causes and lateralization. This examination is suitable for measuring and succession of compensation in cases of lasting vestibular dysfunction too. The author surveys the different modes of making statical, dinamical tests and, provocative procedures.
