ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők chronicus gyulladás ritka, localis nyálkahártya szövődményéről számolnak be. A műtéttel igazolt nasolith izoláltan egy rostasejtben helyezkedett el. A beteg panasza, kínzó fejfájása a kő eltávolítása után egyik óráról a másikra megszűnt. A diagnózis felállításához CT-re volt szükség.
Nasolithiasis ethmoidalis, a rare complication of sinusitis.
SUMMARY
The authors give account of a rare, chronical local mucous membrane inflammation-complication case. The nasolith, which has been veiyfied by operative way, was lodged in an ethmoidal cell.
The complaint as excruciating headache of the patient, came to an end from an hour to the other after clearing away of the calculus.
To establish the right diagnosis, there was a CT-scan necessary.
