ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők 200 jóindulatú fültőmirigyelváltozás miatt operált beteg adatait hasonlították össze műtéti típus és korcsoportonkénti felosztásban. Műtétjeik során minden esetben az arcideg épségének megőrzésére törekedtek. Functiozavart totalis paroti- dectomia után 68%-ban, subtotalis parotidectomia után 39%-ban észleltek. Kisebb idegág áthatoló sérülését 10,5%-ban figyeltek meg, a sérülést epineuralis varrattal ellátták. Az arcidegfunctio visszatérése 40 éves kor felett több időt igényel. Maradandó functiozavart nem észleltek. Fölhívják a figyelmet a korrekt műtéti technikára, az arcideg fokozott védelmére. Fontosnak tartják a kockázat ismeretét és a beteg prae- operativ felvilágosítását.
The endangeredness of facial nerve during parotis operation.
SUMMARY
The authors made a comparising among datas of 200 operated patient in division of operation- type and, age-group of benign parotis alteration. During their operation, they strived to presserve the completeness of facial nerve in every case. Afunctional disorder has been observed in 68% after total-, in 39% after subtotal parotidectomy. A pervading damage of smaller nerve branch was detected in 10.5% of the cases; the defect was managed with an epineural suture. Recovering of facial nerve function requires more time over age of 40 years. The authors have observed no lasting functional disorder. They draw the attention to the correct operation-technique and, to the protection of facial nerve in an increased degree.
The authors are of the opinion, that the risk should be known and, the patient should be informed preoperatively.
