ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerző röviden ismerteti a disztorziós kombinációs hangemisszió lényegét, a fontosabb vizsgálati paramétereket és az IL092 disztorziós otoakusztikus emissziós készülékkel végzett vizsgálatainak tapasztalatait. Tárgyalja a módszer előnyeit és hátrányait, megállapítja, hogy új, objektív, frekvencia-specifikus hallásvizsgáló eljárásról van szó, amely segítségével pontosabb hallásdiagnosztika végezhető. Elsősorban újszülöttkori szűrővizsgálatban, belsőfül toxicitás vizsgálatokban, valamint percepciós nagyothallások topikus diagnosztikájában tartja felhasználhatónak e metodikát.
The examinations of "Distorsion Product” otoacoustical emission.
SUMMARY
The author reviews shortly the essence of combined distorsion soundemission, the most important examination-parameters and, his experiences gained with the distorsion otoacoustical emission apparatus of ILO 92-type. He discusses the advantages and disadvantages of this method and, ascertains, that it is a new, objective frequency-specific audiological examination method, with which there can be done a more exact hearing diagnosis. The author supposes, that this method is available first of all in screening examinations in newborn babies, in examinations of inner-ear toxicity, as well as in topic diagnosis of perceptional hearing loss cases.
