A szerzők ismertetik a cochleáris implantációs műtétre kerülő betegek szelekciójakor elvégzett 125 promontorium teszt eredményeit. Az implantációra való alkalmasság szempontjai: alacsony elektromos hallásküszöb, széles dinamikatartomány, és az ingerformák diszkriminációs képessége.
The role of the promontorial test in cochlear implantation.
SUMMARY
The authors give account of results of 125 performed promontorial tests at the selection of patients, who have been candidates to a cochlear-implantation-operation. The standpoints of selection of patients were: low electrical hearing-threshold, wide dinamic range and, the discriminative ability of stimulus-forms.
