ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők retrospektív elemzésben feldolgozzák a DOTE Fül-Orr-Gégeklinikán 1979. és 1988. év között parotis benignoma miatt operált 59 esetünket. 34 pleiomorph adenomáról, 18 Warthin-tumorról, 3 oncocytomáról és 4 basalsejtes adenomáról számolnak be. Bemutatják az alkalmazott modem diagnosztikus eljárásokat. Rövid átfogó elemzést nyújtanak a benignómák klinikumáról, valamint hisztológiájáról saját és irodalmi adatok segítségével. Áttekintik az e témában megjelent magyar nyelvű közleményeket.
About occurrence of benign parotis tumours in our operated ill-patient-material, during the last 10 years.
SUMMARY
The authors analyse the datas of the 57 patients suffering from benign parotid tumours, operated in the E. N. Т.-Clinic of the Medical University of Debrecen, between the period of 1979 and 1988. In this retrospective study they deal with the connection of age, sex, histological diagnosis and, the type of operation. The attention is drawn to newer diagnostical tools and, to the importance and effects of their application in such cases.
