ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők a forgatásos ingerlés indikációjának, módszereinek rövid áttekintése után saját eredményeikről számolnak be. Egészséges, fiatal egyéneken különböző erősségű ingerek alkalmazását követően meghatározták a per- és postrotatoros reakció átlagamplitúdóját és teljes ütésszámát. Az amplitúdó értékek nagy szórást mutatnak, a totális ütésszám pontosabb, könnyebben kiszámolható. A két paraméter együttesen alkalmas a nystag- musreakció jellemzésére. Eredményeiket kóros reakciók kiértékelésénél kontroll csoportként kívánják felhasználni.
Role of rotatory stimulation in the otoneurological diagnostics. I. Determination of the normal value in healthy persons.
SUMMARY
Reviewing briefly the indication and methods of rotatory stimulation the authors report on their results. The mean amplitude and total beat count of the pre- and postrota- tory reaction following stimuli of different strength were defined in healthy young persons. The values of amplitudes show wide scattering, the total beat count is more exact and may be calculated easier. The two parameters together are suitable for the characterization of the nystagmus reaction. The authors wish to use their results as control for the evaluation of pathological reactions.
