ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szaklapunkban először közölnek radikális nyaki dissectioval egy ülésben végzett, sikeres carotis rekonstrukciót a szerzők. A fül-orr-gégészeti daganatok nyaki metastasisait az arteria carotishoz való viszonyuk alapján csoportosítják. A kritikus problémát ezek előrehaladott stádiumában a carotis oszlásának tumoros infiltrációja okozza. Az ismertetett eset a carotis-villa szükségessé vált rezekciója utáni carotis Communis —carotis interna end to end anastomosisát mutatja be.
Reconstruction of the carotid artery in connection with a radical cervical dissection.
SUMMARY
The authors report for the first time in this periodical on a successful carotidj reconstruction performed with radical cervical dissection in one sitting. The cervical metastases of oto-rhino-laryngological tumors are grouped on the basis of their relationship to the carotid artery. The tumorous infiltration of the carotid branching represents the critical problem in advanced stage. In this case the end-to-end anastomosis of the common carotid and internal carotid artery is presented following the necessary resection of the carotid fork.
