ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerzők a hangszalag felső felszínének junctionalis hámzónájából kiinduló glottikus gégerák műtét gyógyítására sebészi patológiai megfigyelésekre alapozott, módosított zárt vertikális gégerezekciót dolgoztak ki. A hangszalaggal együtt eltávolításra kerül a prizmaszerű paraglottikus tér az alsó ferde határát képező conus elastieussal, az oldalsó pajzsporclemezzel és membrana cricothyreoidea megfelelő részével, felül pedig az álhangszalag Morgani-tasak körüli része a membrana quadrangularis mentén vezetett rezekciós vonallal.

SUMMARY
Modified closed vertical laryngeal resection based on surgical pathological observation has been elaborated for the surgical treatment of glottic laryngeal cancer starting, from the junctional epithelial zone of the upper surface of the true vocal cord. Together with the vocal cord were removed the prism-shaped paraglottic region with the elastic crone forming its lower slanting border, the lateral thyroid caitilage plate with the corresponding part of the cricothyroid membrane and in the upper region the part of the false vocal cord around the Morgani’s sack with a resection line along the quadrangular membrane.
