SUMMARY
The authors report of an unusual big, neglected, adenoid-cystic parotis cancer case- developed on the basis of pleiomorphic adenoma. In conformity with the literature, they emphasize, that good therapeutic effects may be expected only from operation and postoperative irradiation therapy.
