ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzőit egy 77 éves nőbeteg esetét közlik, akinél a colliculus facialis illetve egyéb pontin paramedian tegmentalis struktúrák feltételezhető laesioja sajátos tünetegyütteshez vezetett. A betegnél ízérzés — és könnyelválasztási zavar nélküli facialis bénulás volt észlelhető „egy és egy fél syndromának” nevezett szemmozgási zavar, valamint enyhe pyramis tünetek, cerebellaris tünetek mellett A szerzők ismertetik a syndroma pathoana- tomiai jellegzetességeit és felhívják a figyelmet arra is, hogy klinikailag lehetséges az intrapontin eredetű facialis bénulások nuclearis típusának és a colliculus fadalis sérüléséből adódó típusának az elkülönítése.

SUMMARY
The authors deal with the case of lesion of colliculus facialis, respectively supposed lesion of other pontine paramedian tegmental structures in a 77 year old female, which led to characteristic syndrom. In the patient there was to seen a peripheral facial palsy without taste-sensation- and lacrimal-secretion disturbance, named „one and one and half syndrom” eye-movement lesion and mild pyramid symptoms with cerebellar symptoms going together. The authors review the path о-an atomical features of the syndrom and draw the attention to the possibility of clinical separation of nuclear-type facial palsies with intrapontine origin and that of facial palsies occuring in consequence of injury of the colliculus facialis.
