ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A peritonsilláris folyamat kialakulásának rövid levezetése és a témával kapcsolatos irodalmi áttekintés után ismertetik az osztályukon végzett peritonsillitis műtétek eredményeit. Adataik, valamint az idézett irodalmi adatok alapján megállapítják, hogy az eljárás teljesen veszélytelen és a betegeknek csak előnyük származik belőle. Ezért az eljárás (-) bevezetését javasolják másoknak is.
SUMMARY
КSurgical treatment of peritonsillitis.
After the short review of the development of the peritonsillar process and the review of the related literature the results od the operations performed in the authors’ department because of peritonsillitis are reported. On the vasis of their experiences and the data of the literature it is stated by the authors that the method is completely safe and it is advantageous for the patients, therefore its performance is recommended.
