ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők két-két citosztatikum kombinációján alapuló szekvenciális kezelési sémát ismertetnek inoperábilis fül-orr-gégészeti daganatok esetében. Tárgyalják a citosztatikumok hatásos adagolásának klinikai és sejtkinetikai alapelveit. Két citosztatikum alkalmazása esetén rámutatnak az időzítés szerepére, mely a fázispreferencia alapján lehetőséget ad az eredményes kezelésre. Felhívják a figyelmet arra, hogy a Bleomycin és az alkilezők nemcsak az osztódó, de a nyugvó daganatsejteket is jelentősen pusztítják.
SUMMARY
Combined cytostatic treatment of otorhinolaryngological tumours in advanced state, with special respect to the cell kinetic effect of Ftorafur.
For the treatment of inoperable otorhinolaryngological tumours sequential treatment schemes based on the combination of 2-2 cytostatic drugs are discussed by the authors. The clinical and cell kinetic principles of the effective dosage of the cytostatic drugs are outlined. In case of the use of two cytostatic drugs the role of timing is pointed out, allowing the effective treatment on the basis of the phase preference. Attention is called to the fact that Bleomycine and alkalizers destroy not only the dividing tumourous cells, but also those in resting state in considerable manner.
