ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők 5 gége- és 1 hypopharynxcarcinoma társulását figyelték meg más lokalizációjú malignus daganattal. Előfordult 3 tüdőcarcinoma, 1-1 krónikus lymphoid leukaemia, malignus lymphoma és malignus mesenchymoma. Az irodalmi adatok áttekintése után tárgyalják a második daganat kialakulását elősegítő feltételezett okokat. Felhívják a figyelmet a multiplex primer malignus tumoros betegek számának gyarapodására és ebből következően a daganatos betegek fokozott megfigyelésére az 5 éves gyógyulási periódus eltelte után is.
SUMMARY
Double laryngological tumours.
The simultaneous occurrence of 5 laryngological — and 1 hypopharyngeal carcinoma with malignant tumours of other localization has been observed by the authors. Out of them, 3 pulmonary carcinomas, and 1 chronic lymphoid leukaemia, further 1 case of malignant lymphoma and malignant mesenchyma, each, have been observed. After the review of the data of the literatme the presumed causes promoting the development of the second tumour are dealt with. Attention is called by the authors to the increase of the number of the multiple primary malignant tumours, - necessitating the increased observation of the tumourous patients even after the 5 yearss’ healing period.
