ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők a csecsemő- és gyermekkori otitisek kezelésében alkalmazott terápiás eljárásaikról számolnak be. Hangsúlyozzák a szoros együttműködés, a közösen kialakított kezelési eljárások szükségességét, az azonos elvek követését mind a járóbetegrendelésen, mind a fekvőbeteg-intézményben. Kiemelik az adenotomia korai elvégzésének elsődleges fontosságát az otitis gyógyításában. Eredményeik alapján a recidiváló és elhúzódó otitisek számának csökkenését figyelték meg területükön.
SUMMARY
Therapeutic methods in the treatment of otitis in infants and children.
The therapeutic methods used by the authors in the treatment of otitis in infants and children are reported. Both in the out-patients’ service and in the treatment of the bed-ridden inpatients the close collaboration, the necessity of the therapeutic methods worked out together and the application of identical principles are emphasized. The primary importance of the early performance of adenotomy in the treatment of otitis is pointed out. On the basis of their results the decrease of the number of the recurrent and protracted otites has been observed by the authors.
