ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők igen ritka megbetegedés — az irodalomban hetedik esetként szereplő - orrsövény-chondrosarcoma esetéről számolnak be. A korábbi közlések gyűjtőstatisztikájához csatlakoztatva saját esetüket, ismertetik a choanalis atresia tüneteivel jelentkező daganat diagnosztikus nehézségeit. Választandó terápiának a külső föltárásból végzett radikális műtéti megoldást tartják és esetükben ezt eredményesen alkalmazták.

SUMMARY
Chondrosarcoma developing from the nasal septum.
A very rare disease - chondrosarcoma developing from the nasal septum - is reported by the authors. This is the 7 th case described in the literature. After the review of the preceding publications the authors’ case is reported in detail and the diagnostical difficulties of the tumour appearing with the symptoms of choanal atresia are pointed out. In their opinion the radical surgical operation from external approach is the therapeutic method of choice, - used by the authors with success in their case.
