ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerzők 45, egyik fülére süket beteg retrospektív vestibuláris vizsgálatáról számolnak be. A komplett elektronystagmográfiás otoneurológiai leletet neurológiai ellenőrzés egészítette ki. A hallásvesztés oka szerint csoportosítva megállapítják, hogy vasculáris lézióknál nem mindig alakul ki maradandó vestibuláris károsodás, traumás süketségeknél minden esetben, infekciós hallásvesztéseknél igen gyakran jön létre íyjárat paresis. Az ismeretlen eredetű hallászavarok 1 |3-ánál észleltek ívjárat paresist, de felhívják a figyelmet a termikus reakciók minőségi eltéréseire. Eredményeiket irodalmi adatokkal támasztják alá.
SUMMARY
Vestibular examinations in cases of deafness of one ear.
The retrospective vestibular examination of 45 patients — deaf of one ear — is reported by the authors. The total electronystagmographic otoneurological finding has been completed by neurological control. On the basis of classification according to the cause of the hearing impairment it was found that in cases of vascular lesions lasting vestibular damage does not always develop, —and arcade paresis occurs in all cases of traumatic paresis, and very often in cases of hearing impairment due to infections. Arcade paresis has been observed in 1/3 of hearing disturbances of unknown origin, but attention is called by the authors to the qualitative changes of the thermic reactions. The authors’ results are supported by literary data.
