ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerző ismerteti a n. facialis extratemporális szakasza sérülésének diagnosztikáját, rekonstrukciós műtétét. Megállapítja, hogy a funkcionális gyógyulás lehetősége elsősorban az időfaktortól függ, így az ideg folytonosságának helyreállítását minél hamarabb el kell végezni; legfiziológiásabb megoldás az arcideg újrafölépítése az eredeti idegpályának megfelelően. Osztályuk álláspontját 5 sikeresen operált beteg esetismertetésével támasztja alá.
SUMMARY
Lesions of the extratemporal section of the facial nerve.
The diagnostics and the reconstruction operation of the extratemporal section of the facial nerve is discussed by the author. It has been stated by him that the possibility of the functional recovery depends in the first place on the time factor, therefore the reconstruction of the nerve’s continuity is to be carried out as soon as possible. The most physiological method is the reconstruction of the facial nerve, corresponding with the original nerve tract. The standpoint of the author’s department is confirmed by the case report of 5 patients operated on with satisfactory result.
