ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerző az osztályukon folyó aneszteziológiai munka első 15 éves periódusát taglalja. Kiemeli, hogy saját maguk altatnak, s a személyi és tárgyi feltételeken kívül, elsősorban az operatőrök és a betegek altatás iránti igénye vezetett a narkózisaik számszerű növekedéséhez. Ezzel párhuzamosan szélesedett narkózis repertoárjuk is. Ésszerű, végleges megoldásként a központi aneszteziológiai szolgálatot igényli, de szükségesnek tartja, hogy a műtétes osztály orvosai közül is tudjanak néhányan korszerűen altatni.
SUMMARY
Assessment oj 15 years’ anaesthesiological work in the authors' oto- rhino-laryngological ward.
The first 15 years’ period of the anaesthesiological work performed in the authors’ department is analysed. Anaesthesia is performed by the doctors themselves, and besides the personal and objective conditions in the first place the surgeons’ and patients’ claim to anaesthesia led to the increase of the number of the narcoses. Parallel with this, also the field of narcoses broadened out. As reasonable and final solution the institution of central anaesthesiological service is recommended by the author, however, also the doctors of the surgical wards must be skilled in the anaesthesiological methods.
