ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők kalorikus hidegingerrel kiváltott vestibuláris válaszreakciókat vizsgáltak csecsemő- és gyermekkorban. Megállapították, hogy a gyermekkori nystagmusok reakcióideje eltér a felnőttkori értékektől, azoknál alacsonyabb. Az életkor előrehaladtával azonban a különbség egyre csökken és 10 éves kortól kezdve a vestibuláris válaszreakciók a felnőtt értékekkel egyeznek meg.
SUMMARY
Vestibular reaction in infants and in the childhood.
Vestibular response reactions elicited by caloric cold stimulus have been examined by the authors in infants and in the childhood. It has been found that the reaction time of the nystagmus in the childhood differs from that measured in adults,-namely, it is lower. However, with the progressing age the difference decreases more and more and after the age of 10 years the vestibular response reactions correspond to the those seen in adults.
