ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők beszámolnak 30 olyan személy spirographiás ellenőrző vizsgálatáról, akiknél septum-műtét előtt is történt spirographiás vizsgálat. Megállapítják, hogy az orr/száj relációban megadott FEV, értékek igen jól tükrözik az orr légátjárhatóságát, így felhasználhatók nemcsak a műtéti indikáció felállításánál, hanem a műtét eredményességének megítélésénél is.
SUMMARY
Spirographic examinations for the assessment of the results of the nasal septum operations.
The results of the spirographic control examinations of 30 patients are reported, in whom spirographic examination has been performed also before the nasal septum operation. It was found that the FEV, values given in the relation nose/mouth reflect fairly well the air permeability of the nose, thus, they are well utilizable not only in establishing the indication of the operation, but also in the assessment of the result of the intervention.
