ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
126 különböző fej- és nyakdaganat prae-, postoperativ és palliativ intra-arterialis kemoterápiája során szerzett tapasztalatokat elemzik. Megfelelő mennyiségű daganatellenes gyógyszer perfundálása után a mérhető tumorregressio csaknem minden esetben elérte az 50%-ot. Különösen jó eredményeket értek el a gingiva, tonsilla, parotis és maxilla tumorok esetében. A kezelés hatásosságának növelése szempontjából legfontosabb a katheter pontos beállítása, melyben a Patent-kék festési eljárás részleteinek ismerete lehet segítségünkre. A szövődmények (thrombosis, nagyfokú fvs-depressio) megelőzése, gyors felismerése és szakszerű kezelése útján is fokozható a regionális kemoterápia hatékonysága.
SUMMARY
Possibilities to increase the results of the intra-arterial chemotherapy (on the basis of the treatment of 126 cases of head and cervical tumours).
Pré-, postoperative palliative chemotherapy has been applied by the authors in the case of 126 various head and cervical tumours and their results are analysed. After the perfusion of adequate doses of anti-tumourous drugs the measurable tumour regression reached 50% almost in each case. Especially good results were obtained in case of gingival, tonsillar-, parotidean and maxillary tumours. For increasing the treatment’s efficiency exact adjustment of the catheter is of great importance, in this respect exact knowledge of the Patent blue staining method is necessary. The efficiency of the regional chemotherapy may be further increased by the prevention, prompt diagnosis and adequate treatment of the complications (thrombosis, considerable depression of the leukocytes).
