Szerző kiemeli az objektív halláskimutatás előnyét kisgyermekkorban. Általános iskola első osztályait mind tisztahangszűréssel, mind kétoldali stapedius-reflex kiváltásával vizsgálja. Mivel a két módszer eredményei között lényeges eltérést talál a stapedius-reflex rovására, iskolai szűrésre továbbra is a könnyebben kivitelezhető és megbízható tisztahang-szűrő audiometriás vizsgálatot javasolja.

Importance of the stapedius reflex in the school screening examinations of audition.
The importance of the objective audiometry in small children is emphasized by the author. The children of the first classes of the public school have been examined by means of both pure sound screening and eliciting of bilateral stapedius reflex. Since between the results of these two methods considerable differences have been found by the author at the expense of the stapedius reflex, for school screening the pure sound screening audiometric examination—a reliable method easy to perform- is recommended by the author also in the future.
