ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerencsés kimenetelű agytörzsi vascularis inzultuson átesett beteg audiologiai vizsgálati eredményeit ismerteti. A küszöb-audiogram a gyógyulás folyamán mindkét oldalon javult, a keresztezett acustico-facialis reflex azonban nem tért vissza. Utal a stapedius reflexküszöb értékére az audiologiai diagnosztikában.
Audiological development of a vascular lesion of the brain stem.
SUMMARY
The results of the audiological examination of a patient are discussed, who had suffered vascular lesion of the brain stem with fortunate outcome. During the recovery the threshold audiogram improved on both sides, however, without the restitution of the crossed acustico-facial reflex. The value of the stapedius reflex threshold in the audiological examination is emphasized by the author.
