ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Ráirányítjuk a figyelmet a felső- és alsólégutak fiziológiai és patológiai egységes szemlélete mellett az egységes terápiás szemléletre is. Az alsólégutak ismeretlen eredetű betegségeiben fordítsunk gondot a gyakoribb orrmellék- üreg gyulladások mellett a ritkább iköböl, valamint a középső és hátsó rostasejtek vizsgálatára és kezelésére. Kiemeljük a team-munka jelentőségét. Fontosnak véljük a kezelési mód megválasztását különös tekintettel az orron át való inhalálásra, valamint a termoaeroszol előnyét a hideg aeroszollal szemben. Megemlítjük a „Fluimucetin-A”-val nyert tapasztalatainkat.
Some aspects of the aerosol treatment of the diseases of the respiratory tract
SUMMARY
Besides the uniform physiological and pathological aspect of the upper and lower respiratory tract also the uniform therapeutic aspect is emphasized by the authors. In the disease of the lower respiratory tract of unknown origin—besides the more frequent inflammations of the paranasal sinuses—more care is to be taken for the examination and the treatment of the sphenoidal sinus and the median and posterior ethmoid cells. The importance of the team work is stressed. The choice of the method of the treatment is of great importance, with special respect to the inhalation through the nose, to the advantage of the thermoaerosol, in confront to the cold aerosol. The authors’ experiences made with FLUIMUCETIN-A are discussed.
