ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerző ismerteti az aerosol-terápia fül-orr-gégészeti alkalmazását főleg szovjet kutatók munkássága alapján. Ismerteti a különböző gyógyszerkeverékek aerosoljainak kedvező hatását a felsőlégutak gyulladásainál. Különös figyelmet fordít — többéves személyes tapasztalatai alapján —- az ásványvizek felhasználására a felső légutak idült gyulladásos megbetegedéseinél. Felhívja a figyelmet az aerosol-terápia fontosságára a scleroma és ozaena kezelésében. Ugyancsak kedvezően nyilatkozik az aerosolok felhasználásáról a felső légutakon végzett műtétek után. Javasolja az aerosol profilaxis és terápia széles körű alkalmazását azokon a munkahelyeken, amelyeken a felső léguta- kat foglalkozási ártalom fenyegeti.
Aerosol therapy in the otorhinolaryngology
SUMMARY
The use of the aerosol therapy in the otorhinolaryngology is discussed by the author, mainly on the basis of the examinations of Soviet research workers. The favourable effect of the aerosols of various drug mixtures in the case of inflammations of the upper respiratory tract is dealt with. On the basis of several years’ personal experiences special interest is focussed on the use of the mineral waters in chronic inflammatory diseases of the upper airways. The importance of the aerosol therapy in the treatment of the scleroma and the ozaena is pointed out. The author expresses favourable opinion in respect of the use of the aerosols after surgical interventions carried out in the upper respiratory tract. Wide-spread use of the aerosol prophylaxis and—therapy is advocated by the author also in the working place, where the upper airways are exposed to occupational nuisance.
