ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők két extramedullaris plasmocytoma-esetük kapcsán érintik а plasma-sejtes tumorok néhány diagnosztikus és terápiás problémáját. Hangsúlyozzák, hogy az EMP. diagnózis kimondása, ill. klasszifikálása előtt nagyon körültekintően kell eljárni. Szövettani lelet birtokában alapvetően fontosnak tartják a myeloma multiplex teljes tünetegyüttesének végigvizsgálását. Eseteinknél elegendőnek tartották a sebészi megoldást és az azt követő rendszeres ellenőrzést.
Diagnostical problems in connexion with plasmacytoma
SUMMARY
In connexion with two cases of extrameduallry plasmacytoma some diagnostical and therapeutic problems of the disease are discussed by the authors. It is emphasized that greatest care and circumspection are necessary before stating the diagnosis of “extramedullary plasmacytoma”. In possession of the histological finding the immunoelectro- phoretic examination of the serum and the urine is of fundamental importance. In the authors’cases surgical treatment and follow-up were sufficient.
