ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A műtéti (psychologiai) előkészítés hatékonyságának vizsgálatára 2 év elteltével katamnesztikus vizsgálatot végeztek a szerzők. A vizsgálat során a következő módszereket alkalmazták: exploratio a szülőkkel, kötött-szóasszoeiációs vizsgálat a műtétre, ill. a kórházélményre kritikus és indifferens szavak segítségével, rajz vizsgálat és szabad szöveges interjú a műtétélményről. A vizsgálatot — a korábbiakban már ismertetett módon — előkészített gyermekcsoportnál és psychologiai előkészítés nélkül mütött gyermekcsoporton végezték el. Vizsgálataik eredményeként megállapítható, hogy a psychologiai előkészítés szignifikáns mértékben csökkenti a psychotrauma és a műtétélmény patho- logiás feldolgozásának lehetőségét.
Examination of the efficiency of the preoperative (psychological) preparation in oto-rhino-laryngeal patients
SUMMARY
For 2 years, catamnestic examinations have been performed by the authors in respect of the efficiency of the operative (psychological) preparation. The following methods have been used: exploration with the parents, defined verbal association examination relating to the operation and the hospital experience, using critical and indifferent words, drawing test and unbound conversation on the operation. The examination has been performed in “prepared” child groups and in children operated on without psychological preparation. On the basis of the authors’ examinations it was found that the psychological preparation reduces considerably the possibility of psychotrauma and of the pathologic elaboration of the operation as experience.
