ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerzők leírják a belső hallójárat középső scalán át történő feltárásának történetét, a műtéti módszert, saját módosításaikat. A belső hallójárat felkeresésének U. Fisch Szerinti módját jobbnak tartják W. House eredeti módszerénél. Ismertetik a belső hallójárat képleteinek anatómiáját a behatolás szemszögéből. 1970 óta 12 beavatkozást végeztek, melynek Során 3 intrameatalis acustikus neurinomát és 2 primaer cholesteatomát távolítottak el, továbbá 4 vestibularis neurectomia és 3 exploratio történt. Ez ideig complicatiót nem észleltek. Noha a kezdeti technikai nehézségek nem lebecsülendők, a módszer nyújtotta előnyök megfelelnek a várakozásnak.
Surgical approach of the meatus acusticus internus through the scala media
SUMMARY
After the historical review of the surgical approach of the meatus acusticus internus through the scala media the operative method and the modifications used by the authors are described. In the authors’ opinion, the approach of the meatus acusticus internus according to the method of U. Fisch is more useful than the original method of W. House. The anatomy of the formations of the meatus acusticus internus is discussed from the point of view of the Surgical approach. Since 1970 12 such interventions have been performed by the authors, and in the course of these operations 3 intrameatal acoustic neurinomas and 2 primary cholesteatomas have been removed. Furthermore 4 vestibular neurectomies and 3 explorations have been carried out. No complications have been observed so far. In spite of the initial technical difficulties the advantages of the method fulfill the expectations.
