ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A közlemény egy 17 éves leánybeteg esetével foglalkozik, kinek gyermekkora óta fennálló hallászavara otosclerosis képében jelentkezett.
Műtét során a processus longus incudis distalis szakaszának necrosisát találták, gyulladásos jelek nélkül. A hallócsont-láncolat megszakadása csont-auto- transplantatióval jól helyreállítható volt, melyet eredményes hallásjavulás követett. A szerző röviden tárgyalja a pathomechanismus lehetőségét is.
A case of incus necrosis cured by surgical intervention
SUMMARY
The case of a girl, aged 17, suffering from impaired hearing and otosclerosis since the childhood is reported.
The surgical intervention revealed necrosis of the distal section of the processus longus incudis, without the symptoms of inflammation. The interruption of the auditory ossicle chain could be fairly well repaired by bone autotransplantation, which was followed by satisfactory improvement of hearing.
The pathomechanism is shortly discussed by the author.
