ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Tartós nyelési képtelenség esetén, előnyösebb a mesterséges táplálás megoldására gastrostomia helyett cervicalis oesophagostomiát végezni. Előnye, hogy a betegnek kisebb megterhelést jelent, a stomán át emésztőnedv-kifolyás nincs, a stoma és környéke könnyen tisztántartható, reactiómentes, a tápszonda jól elrejthető, az étkezés kevésbé körülményes. Végezhető önálló műtétként és a tápcsatorna felső szakaszát érintő (elsősorban daganatos) megbetegedések műtéti megoldása kapcsán.
Cervical esophagostomy, instead of gastrostomy
SUMMARY
In the case of persistent aphagopraxia it is more advantageous to perform cervical esophagostomy instead of gastrostomy for the purpose of artificial feeding. It signifies lesser nuisance of the patient, there is no loss of the digestive juice through the stoma, the stoma and its surroundings may be easily cleaned and they are free from reactions, the feeding tube may be hidden from view and the feeding is less complicated. It may be performed as an operation for itself and as surgical intervention for the treatment of (in the first place tumourous) diseases of the upper section of the digestive canal.
