ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerző a Szegedi Siketnémák Általános Iskolája 150 tanulóját vizsgálta. Tárgyalja a süketnémaság kiváltó okait, adatait összehasonlítja az 1925 — 26-os tanév adataival. Szorgalmazza a korai hallásnevelést és a halláskárosodott gyermekek korszerű hallókészülékkel való ellátását. Javasolja a hallást veszélyeztető betegségeken átesett gyermekek rendszeres hallásvizsgálatát, a már halláskárosodottak rendszeres kontroll vizsgálatát, hallókészülékük állandó ellenőrzését, a hallásgondozó hálózat továbbfejlesztését, és a hallás- károsodással kapcsolatos felvilágosító munka kiterjesztését.
Audiologie examinations in the Institute for Deafmutes in Szeged
SUMMARY
150 pupils of the General School for Deaf-mutes in Szeged have been examined by the author. The inducing factors of the deaf-mutism are discussed and the recently obtained data are compared with those of the school-year 1925/1926. Early auditory education and the supply of modern hearing aid to the children with auditory disturbance are emphasized by the author. Systematic auditory examination of the children, who had suffered diseases endangering the audition, regular control examinations of the children with impaired hearing, expansion of the network for the auditory care and extensive explanatory campaign in connection with the auditory disturbances are recommended by the author.
