ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők a nyaki truncus sympathieusból kiinduló neurinoma esetüket ismertetik. A tyúktojásnyi daganatot nyaki, külső feltárásból, intratrachealis narcosisban, sikerrel eltávolították. Betegüknél az eltávolítás után Horner - syndroma alakult ki. Összefoglalják esetük kapcsán, irodalmi adatok alapján, a fül-orr-gégészeti localisatióban előforduló nyaki neurinomak klinikumát, differential-diagnosticaját, szövettanát és therapiáját.
Neurinoma of the cervical sympathetic trunk
SUMMARY
A case of neurinoma starting from the cervical sympathetic trunk is reported. The tumour was of the sized of a hen’s egg and it has been successfully removed from cervical, exterior approach in intratracheal narcosis. After the operation Horner’s syndrome developed in the patient. The data of the literature, the clinical characteristics, the differential diagnosis, the histological findings and the therapy of the cervical neurinoma occurring in oto-rhino-laryngological localization are discussed.
