ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerző kiemeli, hogy sokéves recidiv sinusitiseinek csaknem obiigát kialakulását csak Glanduitrinnel kombinált Naphazolinnal tudta kivédeni, ami kizárólagos Naphazolin-kezeléssel sohasem sikerült. A két ingrediens complex hatásmechanismusában a Naphazolin egyébként előnytelen „Rückprall- effectusa” nem jut kifejezésre. Feltételezései szerint a gyógyeredményben az antidiuretikus hormonnak az ADH-nak az orrmirigyekre kifejtett secretiót csökkentő pareffectusa, vasoconstrictiós és capillaris-permeabilitást gátló hatása, valamint az oxytocinnak az orrváladéktermelő mirigyeit körülvevő simaizom-serkentő contractiós hatása szerepel. Positiv gyógyhatást fejt ki még a neurohypophysis-féleségeknek polypeptidekre (octapeptidek) jellemző sejtellenállást activáió, vitalizáló hatása, ami a nasalis infectiós stressek fokozott ellenregulatiójában jut kifejezésre. A bőven adagolt C-vitamin is adju- váns hatást fejt ki.
Preventing the sinusitis complications of the nasal catarrh with Glanduit- rin nose-drops
SUMMARY
The author emphasizes that the application of Naphazoline nose-drops combined with Glanduitrin prevented the development of sinusitis in several cases. Owing to his assumption this success is the consequence of the par-effect exercized on the nasal glands, decreasing the secretion, the effect inhibiting the vasoconstrictive and capillary permeability of the antidiuretical hormon, the ADH as well as the effect of oxytocine constricting the unstriped muscle surrounding the glands producing the nose-secretion. A positive healing effect can be produced also by the cell-activating, vitalizing effect of the different hormon types of the neurohypophysis caraeteristic for the polypeptides, which is expressed by the counterregulation of nasal infective stresses. An adjuvant effect can be developped by C-vitamine of abundant doses.
