ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerző nyaki nyirokcsomó-metastasist adó, tünetmentes primaer tumor felismerésének nehézségeit tárgyalja irodalmi adatok és egy beteg észlelése alapján. Megállapítja, hogy megnyugtató gyógyeredmény csak az elsődleges tumor eltávolításával érhető el. Ha a primaer tumort a leggondosabb vizsgálattal sem lehet megtalálni, akkor tüneti therapia mellett a beteg további rendszeres megfigyelése, ismételt, az egész szervezetre terjedő vizsgálata elengedhetetlen.
Cervical tumorous metastasis in the case of latent primary tumour
SUMMARY
On the basis of the data of the literature and one observed case the difficulties of the recognition of a symptom-free primary tumour — leading to cervical lymph node metastasis — are discussed by the author. Satisfactory therapeutical result may be obtained only by the removal of the primary tumour. If the primary tumour is not found even by means of the most careful examination, besides the symptomatic therapy the further systematic observation of the patient and repeated examinations — embracing the whole organism — are indispensable.
