ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők elektronystagmographiás vizsgálataik alapján ismertetik a congenitalis nystagmus differenciál-diagnosztikáját. Különböző fizikai ingerekkel, sedativ és tranquilláns pharmaconokkal végzett kísérleteikkel, a formatio reticularis szerepét bizonyítják a congenitalis nystagmusok létrejöttében és a központi idegrendszeri pathogenesis feltételezését támasztják alá.

SUMMARY
On the basis of electronystagmographic examinations the differential diagnosis of congenital nystagmus is discussed by the authors. By means of experiments performed with physical stimuli, sedative and tranquillizing pharmaca the role of the reticular formation is proved in the development of congenital nystagmus and the supposition of the role of the central nervous system in the pathogenesis is supported.
