ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Egyik oldali glottikus és supraglottikus regiót együttesen elfoglaló gégetumor műtéti megoldására alkalmas verticalis subtotalis gége-reseotio indicatióját és sebészi technikáját ismerteti a szerző, melyet a pécsi Fül-orr-gégeklinikán dolgoztak ki. Eltávolításra kerül az érintett oldali hangszalag a kannaporccal, és az álhangszalag a hozzá tartozó pajzsporclemezzel, továbbá az egész epiglottis a spatium-praeepiglotticummal és a nyelvcsonttal egy blockban. A re- eonstructio primearen történik, a recessus piriformis medialis nyálkahártyája és a lehúzott nyelvgyök segítségével.
Vertical subtotal laryngectomy with primary wound closure
SUMMARY
The indication and surgical techniques of a vertical subtotal laryngeal resection suitable for the surgical treatment of a laryngeal tumour involving the unilateral glottic and the contralateral supraglottic regions are presented. The method was developed in the department of Oto-rhino-laryngology, University Medical School, Pécs. Removed are: the vocal cord with the arytenoid cartilage and the false vocal cord with the attached thyroid cartilage plate of the involved side, as well as the complete epiglottis in a common block with the pre-epiglottic space and hyoid bone. Primary reconstruction is performed using the mucosa of the medial piriform recess and the lingual radix as pulled downwards.
