Szerzők kóros idegállapot !! betegek nyelőcső- és hörgő-idegentestjeiről számolnak be. A többnyire fémből előre elkészített, többszörös végződésű idegentesteket jól felszerelt intézetben, jártas endoscopus, röntgen- és anaesthesiolo- gus orvos együttes munkájával lehet csak kellő biztonsággal eltávolítani. Tapasztalataikat 83 nyelőcső- és 14 bronchus-idegentest alapján ismertetik. Következtetéseiket pontokba foglalva közlik.
Foreign bodies swallowed and aspirated with self-mutilating intention.
SUMMARY
Foreign bodies occurring in the esophagus and the bronchi of patients in pathologic nervous state are reported. The foreign bodies, prepared from metal and many-pointed, may be removed with safety only in well equiped institutes, with the simultaneous collaboration of surgeons well-experienced in endoscopy, anesthesiology and roentgenology. The authors’ experiences are discussed on the basis of 83 foreign bodies occurred in the esophagus and 14 foreign bodies occurred in the bronchi. Their conclusions are resumed.
