ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerző irodalmi ismertetés után két gyógyult scleroma-esetről számol be. Kiemeli a korai diagnosis és a streptomycin-therapia jelentőségét a kórlefolyásban. Eseteiben a streptomycin-therapiát műtéttel és А-vitamin adásával kombinálta. A streptomycint csak parenteralisan adta. Felhívja a figyelmet arra, hogy a scleroma még ma is okozhat diagnosticai nehézségeket. A recidiva lehetősége miatt fontosnak tartja a gyógyult betegek rendszeres ellenőrzését.

SUMMARY
After the review of the literature two healed cases of scleroma are reported by the author.
The importance of early diagnosis and the streptomycin therapy is pointed out. In the author’s cases, the streptomycin therapy was combined with operation and the administration of vitamin A. Streptomycin was given only parenterally. Scleroma may raise even nowadays diagnostical difficulties. Because of the possibility of relapse systematic control examination of the recovered patients is necessary.
