ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerző rhinophyma műtétet követő heges orrbemenet correctiójánál eredményesen alkalmaz a két fülkagylóból egyidejűleg vett összetett szövetű trans- plantatumot (composite graft). A transplantatum a fülkagyló teljes szöveti vastagságát tartalmazza. A transplantatumot a két fülkagylóból egyidejűleg Vogel-féle műtéti metszéssel és reconstructióval nyerte. A műtét jelentősen hozzájárul az orrbemenet megnagyobbodásához, a vestibulum tágasabb voltához és így a szabadabb légzéshez.
The use of composite graft, taken simultaneously from both auricles, fo the treatment of cicatrized constriction of the nostril, after rhinophyma operation.
SUMMARY
For the repair of cicatrized constriction of the nostril, after rhinophyma operation, composite graft — taken simultaneously from both auricles — has been used by the author with satisfactory result.
The transplant contains the whole tissue thickness of the auricle.
The transplant has been obtained simultaneously from both auricles, by means of Vogel’s incision and reconstruction.
The intervention assures considerable dilatation of the nostril and the vestible, — also the respiratory function improves in this way.
