ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők az epipharynx, puha tumor formájában megjelenő isolált tuber- culotikus megbetegedését ismertetik. Mivel primaer voltát kellő módon bizonyítani nem tudják (bizonytalan anamnesis, hiányos vizsgálati leletek), ezért isolált epipharynx tbe-nek jelölik meg esetüket. Kombinált sebészi + anti- tubereulotikus therapiát alkalmazva a betegnél teljes gyógyulást értek el. A beteg 4 év után is tünet- és panaszmentes.

SUMMARY
A case of isolated tuberculosis of the epipharynx, appearing in the form of a soft tumour, is reported. Because the primary character of the disease could not be duly ver- fied (uncertain anamnesis, incomplete examination findings), the case has been defined as isolated tuberculosis of the epipharynx. Combined surgical -f antituberculotie treatment assured complete recovery of the patient. He is free of symptoms and complaints even after 4 years. I.
