Szerzők az arthritis temporomandibularis röntgendiagnosztikájára a zono- graphiát alkalmazzák. Ez a módszer a beteg sugárterhelésének és a filmfogyasztásnak növelése nélkül optimális képet ad az ízületről. Különleges szerkezetet nem igényel, bármely rendelőintézeti vagy kórházi röntgenosztályon rutinszerűen alkalmazható, egyszerű és reprodukálható vizsgálati eljárás. A temporomandibularis ízülettel kapcsolatos bármely diagnosztikai probléma esetén kipróbálását és rutinszerű alkalmazását minden intézetnek ajánlják.

SUMMARY
For the X-ray diagnosis of the temporomandibular arthritis zonography has been used by the authors. Without the increase of the ray load and without using up more film this method assures optimal visualization of the joint. No special instruments are needed, routine use of the method is possible in any roentgenological department, and it is a simple and reproducible examination method. The use of this procedure is recommended by the authors in the case of any diagnostical problem in connection with the temporomandibular joint.
