ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A keloid-képződés mindmáig rejtélyes folyamatának és az eddig több-kevesebb sikerrel alkalmazott különféle gyógykezelések összegező felsorolása után — a fülkagyló keloidjának műtéti megoldására vonatkozó saját eljárását ismerteti a szerző. Ennek lényege: az epidermist nagy figyelemmel és óvatossággal lefejti a cutisról; ezután a eutist és a subcutist teljes egészében eltávolítja, hogy abból a keloidra hajlamos egyéneknél se tudjon újabb képződmény kifejlődni. Végül a lefejtett epidermissel fedi a műtéti területet.

SUMMARY
After the discussion of the so far not cleared problem of the keloid development and of the various — more or less successful — treatments the surgical method of his own is dealt with by the author, for the treatment of the keloid of the auricle. The epidermis is carefully detached from the cutis; then, the cutis and the subcutis are totally removed, in order to prevent the possibility of the development of a new keloid, if disposition in the patient is present. Finally, the operative area is covered by the detached epidermis.
